Sembawang White Bee Hoon 白米粉

I had always been curious and puzzled about their bee hoon each time I pass by this zhe char stall. And finally I tried it t last night. This coffeeshop is located at the corner opposite Sembawang Shopping Centre. We ordered a small serving ($4) of their signature dish White Bee Hoon and a small plate of Indon Style Fried Chicken Wing.

After a wait of 15min our Bee Hoon finally arrived. Upon first glance, the beehoon does resemble a plate of hokkien mee. Perhaps it was due to the garnishing of lime, squid and prawns covered in a thick white gravy. The bee hoon is very smooth and the gravy in the bee hoon really makes it taste yummylicious. I am amazed by the preparation of the bee hoon which was very good as it didn't break. The Indon Fried Chicken Wing was very juicy and tender I will order this again when I come back here for their bee hoon. Thumbs up for their bee hoon I will definitely recommend this place to everyone :P
