Went to Crystal Jade with my friend for lunch. I love their La Mian very nice and somemore it is handmade so I guess this is the reason why it make it so tasty. I order Pork Rib La Mian and my friend order their new dish Fried Beef Noodle. We added 2 side dishes Xiao Long Pao my another favourite and Red Bean Pancake for desert.
La Mian is very 'Q' and the soup is light and nice. I find the Pork Rib meat is just nice not too hard and not to soft.
Xiao long bao, little steamed dumplings filled with pork, hot jus and goodness.
Red bean paste pancake, crispy and sweet.
