Sunway resort was about 4 hours drive from Singapore. And one hour away from Kuala Lumpur. Sunway is complete with Play, Food and Stay. We choose Pyramid for our stay since it is the cheapest! Shopping area was pretty huge, they also had ice skating if you have some time.
So we set off at 5.45am to Woodland custom. I heard from my hub who said that his colleague actually set off at 3.30am!
The horrified jam started from Marsiling station! People getting down from the bus and decided to walked to the custom! OMG!!! We are stuck for 3.5hours to reach JB custom. My poor hub colleague, cleared his at 8.30am. We didn't even have time for breakfast, as I told you, bad planning done! So we head straight to Sunway and reach there at 1pm. Next time, I rather fly than driving again. And our stupid GPS was not updated and went a detour to reach our hotel.There is a new foodcourt next to Sunway Pyramid. To me it was new as I have not been here for years. Check in was smooth, our package comes with extra bed, breakfast and theme park ticket. After a quick lunch, we changed and head off to the theme park.
Our room at Sunway Pyramid! The room, the building looks old. I don't even feel the 'comfort' of staying here. The bathroom door has to use some force to close it tight! Pillow was miserably thin!
The front desk gave me the wrong info when I asked for direction to the theme park. After which I realise from the hotel main lobby, turn right you will see this entrance. And take the flight of escalator down you will reach the theme park. For us, we have to exchange for our tickets using the confirmation since we booked it online. And do take note that they will checked your bags before you entered.
The view of the water theme park! Please spend at least 3d 2n if you plan to visit their theme park. I realise the queue for some rides are mad crowded! The tornado (look like a big cone from this picture) was an hour plus queue!
After the water park, we went to their mini zoo. Thou small but I am impressed they have white lions here!

We went back to the room to let the kids have some rest while I unpacked. And we went to this Korean BBQ restaurant which is right beside our hotel. Disappointed that they do not have any baby high chair here! It was not crowded, the food was quite good, they helped us to cooked and plenty of small side dishes. The total bill was $180RM! Dirt cheap! We had a free steamed egg which I mixed with the white rice and served to my little boy. Thankfully it wasn't that salty
